Dr. Ong XiangNing is a highly accomplished medical professional who graduated from the University of Glasgow with degrees in Medicine and Anatomical Science. She earned the prestigious John Monteith Prize for being the top medical student in the Science Intercalated Degree program. Additionally, she completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Dermatology with Distinction.
At illumia Medical, Dr Ong focuses on diagnosing and managing a range of dermatological and aesthetic conditions. She addresses uneven skin tone, volume loss, and facial symmetry using non-surgical lifting and contouring procedures, including skin boosters, dermal fillers, and BTX to enhance natural features and achieve natural-looking results. Dr. Ong’s targeted approach aims to improve skin quality and health, helping patients attain radiant, youthful, and resilient skin for the long term.
To stay at the forefront of aesthetic medicine, Dr. Ong diligently attends medical conferences worldwide. She has participated in the Aesthetic and Anti-Ageing Medicine World Congress (AMWC) in Monaco (2023) and plans to attend the 2024 IMCAS World Congress (Asia). These annual events allow her to continuously enhance her skillset and knowledge, ensuring she remains up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
Outside of her professional commitments, Dr. Ong enjoys travelling, exploring new places, and spending time with her cats. Her dedication to her patients and personal interests highlights her well-rounded approach to life and medicine.
